Name coined by my grandmother, this was a piece inspired by Loreena McKennitt's "Tango to Evora".
Lovely song, I think I caught it well enough. Problems-- as you can probably tell, this was taken with a digi cam. It was really faded when I got it so I had to do a fade correction-- the picture I took with the flash on was really fucked up and would not have worked for submission. Ergo the colors are a little blurrier than they should be, thanks to PSP. But that's okay. It looks...not so bad. One of my best watercolors, anyway. *shrug* Watercolor, 18" x 24" |
